CYCLE
Cycling is an endurance workout with intervals of various intensities to challenge the body. Class is performed on a stationary, fly wheel bike. It is designed for both the beginner and advanced cyclers. The intensity of your ride is under your control. This allows you to exercise at your own maximum capacity.
CARDIO KICKBOXING & SCULPT
Burn up to 1000 calories in one class. Kickboxing is fun! It blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. No contact, no bags, no gloves. Just a killer workout!

BODY SCULPT

Body Sculpt is a strength-building, muscle toning, stretching workout method performed in a class setting. Classes typically begin with a warm-up period, followed by light cardio and stretching aimed at getting muscles warm and limber, leading up to core-building exercises and concluding with a cool-down period to reduce lingering tightness and cramping. Many classes incorporate a number of types of equipment, including exercise bands, dumbbells, weight bars, stability balls, and other tools. Other body sculpting classes primarily rely on body weight as resistance.

HATHA YOGA

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

BOOTCAMP

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

CARDIO SCULPT

Set up in a boot camp/ body sculpt format, this class is a combination of high intensity cardio & strength training. Each week is a different format to prevent participants from becoming bored and to keep the body challenged. Great for any fitness level, with modifications available for each exercise.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. … Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. POWER YOGA

A powerful, dynamic & sweaty all levels class designed to challenge, awaken, detoxify & purify every system, muscle and tissue of the body. This energetic flow style class guides students towards greater awareness of self, personal transformation and empowerment. It will sculpt, tone and condition both your body and mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and variations are encouraged to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels.

ON THE BALL

This is a fun class using the Bosu stability ball. You will work your whole body, with an emphasis on balance and core strength. Breath and Mind- This is a breathing and meditation class for beginners and experienced participants alike. The Breath is a bridge between Mind and the Body.
