You must contact Bayshore PRIOR TO THE 8TH of the current month in order for your request to be applied to the next month.
Billing data is automatically transmitted to the billing company on the 8th for the next month although it is not billed to your account until sometime between the 17th and the 20th of the current month to pay for the following month. So, we absolutely need your request prior to the 8th.
Requests for a change to your account may ONLY BE MADE BY EMAIL REQUEST so there is an indisputable record of the request, or they may be made in person in which case you will get a receipt. A registered letter will also be accepted.
